Results from Testing
After a longer day than we expected, Heather and I are ready for a long weekend. Invasive traction on Tuesday showed that it provided a lot of relief. The lumbar puncture on Wednesday provided Heather with complete relief from her Chiari headache. They cancelled the shunt surgery on Thursday. We have the weekend free until early Monday morning when Heather will have the fusion surgery.

Heather, I am so thrilled for you that you won't be needing the shunt! And that the LP helped the headaches. I'll be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers for the fusion surgery and will be looking forward to visiting you when you get back home. My neck and head are feeling better each day from my decompression, and I've been home since Tuesday. Still too early to tell what symptoms are going to go away quick and which will take a while, but I do believe they will all be gone soon. As will yours!! With Love, Toni
