Dessert Truck on Today Show Saturday
While we're on vacation in New York City we decided to stop by the Dessert Truck which we saw in an episode of Throwdown! with Bobby Flay. When we found it on 3rd Ave we also found NBC was covering the truck for a piece on Weekend Today. The piece airs on Saturday during the 8 o'clock hour. We had the warm chocolate bread pudding with bacon custard sauce and the milk chocolate mousse with creamy peanut butter center and caramelized popcorn. Trekking to 3rd Ave was certainly worth the effort.
